• Accessories – everything for dogs and cats including leads, collars, dog coats, combs, brushes, toys and bowls to kennels, bedding, doors, litter and more
• Horse Medications and Feeds – we carry the broadest range and highest stockholdings of horse wormers in Australia
• Grooming Supplies - shampoos, conditioners, sprays and clippers for dogs, cats and horses
• First Aid – includes a wide range of bandages, topical treatments and disinfectants
• Bird and Small Animal Products – we stock a range of the most popular accessories, medications, insecticidal, food and nutrition products.

Focus on Customer Care
Customer care is our passion. The relationships we build with our customers, and the determination, commitment and responsiveness of our team to ‘make things happen’ for them, sets Animal Supplies apart from other companies. Our call centre consists of 18 passionate customer service representatives, who are dedicated in their approach to customer care. In the field are six experienced Territory Representatives focusing on business development, offering personalised service and working collaboratively with clients to ensure the best outcomes.

Ordering Systems
Animal Supplies endeavours to meet and exceed all of your stock and service requirements in a timely manner. With this end in mind, we have recently upgraded our operating system with the latest technology to streamline the ordering and fulfilment process. Customers may place orders by phone, fax, email or directly with your Territory Representative.
